AIBA Team Cutman Certification Courses
The main objective is to help develop the figure of the Cutman in each National Team. Provide Boxers with the necessary treatment to prevent and manage injuries such as hematomas, lacerations and nose bleeds, as well as, reduce hand injuries with the mastery of hand-wrapping techniques.
AIBA no longer provides its own Cutmen in AIBA competitions. The new role of the AIBA Cutman has changed to Instructor and will be conducting Cutman courses as well as monitor the performance of the Team Cutmen to help them improve their skills.
