A tough southpaw, Pavich has been boxing for nine years and is an integral member of the Hamilton Fighting Fit BC boxing club under the tutelage of coach Jeff Stutt. Pavich is no stranger to competing at high level sporting events, having been a member of New Zealand’s team at the 2010 World Rowing Championships. Aged 18 at the time, the Kiwi was the cox of the men’s eight rowing team after being scouted for the role in his high school canteen.
