AIBA Youth World Championships Signing Ceremony | 12.06.2008 |  AIBA Vice-President Ing. Domingo Solano, The President of the Mexican Boxing Federation Lic. Ricardo Contreras, and David Vazquez Ramírez in representation of As Deportes, signed the official host city agreement for the 2008 AIBA Youth World Boxing Championships in Guadalajara, Mexico on Thursday.
The Youth World Championships, which will be held in Guadalajara from Oct 24 to Nov 02, are expected to attract nearly 300 competitors from around the world.
The last Youth World Championships (formerly Junior World Championships) were held in Morocco in 2006 with Cuba and Russia winning five and three gold medals respectively.
