Seven more boxers qualified for the 2008 Olympic Games by claiming bronze at the 1st AIBA African Olympic Qualifying Tournament in Algiers, Algeria on Tuesday.
Today's confirmed qualifiers brings the total to 28 with only the winner of the +91kg class left to claim the last qualifying spot.
Hosts Algeria have been in devastating form qualifying seven boxers followed by Morocco with six and Tunisia five. Algeria's tally could increase even further with Newfel Ouatah taking on Mohamed Amanissi (MAR) in the +91kg final on Thursday.
