Baku, Azerbaijan, 4 October 2011 - The Competition Juries who officiated the Bout # 478 between Boxers from Ukraine (Vasyl Lomachenko) and Brazil (Robson Conceicao) reviewed the competition video and made the following decisions according to the Team Manager of the Ukraine Boxing Delegation 3 protested issues:
- The Jury Members believe the Referee should have given a warning for multiple falling down of the Brazilian Boxer
- The Jury members watched the clear and correct blow of the Ukraine Boxer, not a blow on below belt; therefore, the Referee should not have given a warning
- The 2nd warning given to Ukraine Boxer was correct since the Boxer hit the Brazilian Boxer after the Referee commanded "Break"
With these considerations in mind, the Jury Members decided to revert the decision and award the win for the Ukraine Boxer, Vasyl Lomachenko.
