In conjunction with the AIBA World Championships in Baku in September, AIBA will organize the first-ever World Congress for Coaches.
The Congress will present the culmination of two years of preparatory work on the initiative of the AIBA Coaches Commission.
In particular, AIBA will present the fruits of its work on the Coaches Management System, including items such as qualification management, performance management and control testing for coaches.
During the Congress, all policies and guidelines about the AIBA Coaches Management System will be explained in a detailed manner by the Chairman and members of the AIBA Coaches Commission, along with discussions on coaching ethics and how the coaches' role and qualities can be developed and improved when coaching in the sport of boxing.
