AIBA Announces Information on AIBA R&J Instructors and WSB R&Js | 11.03.2010 | Thirty-one National R&J Instructors and 12 International R&J Instructors were certified following the first AIBA R&J Instructors Course, which took place in Bécancour, Canada from February 22 to 25, announced Mr Ho Kim, AIBA Executive Director. Following this announcement, President Dr Ching-Kuo Wu added that more than 25 AIBA 3 star R&Js have signed on to become WSB R&Js and he is encouraging more people to apply.
R&J Instructors will be able to give seminars and train new and lower-star R&Js so that they can increase their ratings. If any National Federations would like to host R&J seminars, courses or examinations, they can apply to AIBA using the application form below.
To encourage AIBA R&Js to participate in the WSB, President Wu has told all National Member Federations, Chairpersons of National R&J Commissions and all AIBA R&Js that "to maximize the experience and skills that will be earned from a participation in WS, I have also decided that the selection priority of R&Js for AIBA's major events, including the Olympic Games, would be R&Js having participated in the WSB."
The Assignment and Management Regulations for WSB R&Js can be found here.
