Korea
"AIBA is concerned about the current situation of the Korean Amateur Boxing Federation (KABF)" said Mr Ho Kim, Executive Director of the International Boxing Association (AIBA). The interim president, who is also Secretary General of the Korean Olympic Committee, has resigned from his position at KABF leaving the federation devoid of leadership since the previous president, Mr Jae Joon Yoo, remains suspended for 21 months from all KABF activities until the second CAS hearing is finalised in the future. In this regard, it is suggested to have all future contact with KABF through the federation's Secretary General, Mr In-Suk Oh.

Romania
Following the AIBA Disciplinary Commission's decision to suspend Mr Rudel Obreja, by the federation's request, any and all contact with the Romanian Boxing Federation must be made through the Secretary General, Mr Constantinescu Niculae.
Turkey
Mr Caner Doganeli recently resigned from his position as president of the Turkish Boxing Federation. In this regard, it is also suggested that any and all contact made with the Turkish Boxing Federation be made through the Secretary General, Mr Nasuh Kirit. |
