World Series of Boxing - Timeline

WSB TIMELINES
WSB SA intends to adhere to the following timelines in relation to the development of WSB and the franchise sales process:

• March - August 2009: Finalize franchise selection and agreements:
• September - December 2009: Boxer signing process:
• January - August 2009: Franchisees establish business operation;
• September 2010: Season commences

Timelines for franchisees:

• April - August 2009: WSB franchise sales presentations;
• 30 days after presentation: sign binding memorandum of understanding with WSB SA;
• By 31 August 2009: sign long form Franchise Agreement;
• 30 days after signature of Franchise Agreement: payment of 30% deposit of first year's franchise fee;
• By September 2009: scouting the boxers;
• By 31 October 2009: boxer selection
• By 31 December 2009: finalising the boxer contracts;
• January - March 2010: franchise orgainzational set up;
• By June 2010: blance of franchise fee paid.
